  • Kasuri methi – 1 teaspoon


Shahi Paneer Instructions

Here is how you can make Shahi Paneer:

  1. Heat oil and ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, and cloves.
  2. Add ginger paste and garlic paste. Saute for a few seconds.
  3. Add finely chopped onions and saute until they turn golden brown.
  4. Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
  5. Add soaked cashew nuts and cook for a minute.
  6. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, salt, and sugar. Mix well.

  10. Add kasuri methi and mix gently.
